The name "Sæson" carries deep meaning for us and represents three things:-To Sow: From the Old English word "saizizōna,"Sæson embodies the act of sowing, planting the seeds of knowledge, tradition, and well-being through community.-To Harvest: Sæson also signifies the abundance of each season
– the time of year when nature offers its bounty, from wild foraged foods to garden gluts that we can transform into nourishing food.-To Season: Finally, Sæson reflects the art of seasoning.
